洋紫荊餐廳創辦於2000年, 原址位於列冶文Saba Road,但由於該區需要重新規劃發展, 洋紫荊餐廳於2007年8月遷至Granville Ave現址。洋紫荊餐廳一直堅持「食品質量為首」這個理念。 我們的大師級行政總廚-威哥和他帶領的一班傑出廚師皆具備了精湛和超凡的廚藝, 行政總廚威哥更加擁有超過20年之經驗, 他獨特和充滿創意的手法必定能給予顧客們愉快、美味和令人難忘的美食。

Bauhinia has been established since 2000. At Bauhinia, our business concept is conceived from a simple philosophy: "Food Quality Comes First." Our Executive Chef William Tang and his excellent team of chefs possess outstanding culinary skills. Chef William has brought with him over 20 years of experience in cooking.
